Yes, credit card transactions are made through a secure online server.
You can reset your password by using our lost password tool found on the login page (by clicking login at the top of the screen).
You can change your account information by logging in and clicking on “My Account” at the top of the screen.

If you have signed up for our email list and have not yet made a purchase, it is likely you have not created an account yet. If your email address is not recognized, simply register instead of logging in.
Golf Moose charges a $1 service fee for each item purchased through Golf Moose. This service fee helps us offset credit card and transaction costs that we absorb for every purchase made.

1. Go to your “My Account” page by logging into Golfmoose.com (Click here to go there now)
2. Once you are logged in, you will see your vouchers listed under the “Print Vouchers” and “Mobile Vouchers” sections.
3. Click on the print voucher to print or the mobile voucher to show on your phone.
(Note: If you purchased multiple packages at once, you will need each individual voucher)
Be sure to check your Junk/Trash/Spam folder. Some email providers automatically flag transactional emails as Spam.

Yes, you have the option to print the voucher or presenting the mobile voucher on your phone.
When showing your phone, It is important you click on the mobile ticket link in your confirmation email. Golf Courses will not accept the confirmation email, the mobile voucher must be displayed.

Upon purchase, you will receive a printable voucher link via email. Open the email and click “Voucher Download” beneath each product you purchased. This will prompt you to either open or save the voucher. Select “Open with” and then select “Adobe Reader” in the dropdown menu. (Don’t have Adobe Reader? Click here to download it for free.
Once your voucher opens in Adobe Reader, click “File” and then “Print.” Select the printer you wish to use and click the “Print” button.

Deal FAQ’s
Golf Moose Deals are pre-paid rounds of golf sold for a promotional price. Most packages are valid for either (1) or (2) players at the course listed.
Occasionally, we also offer Stay and Plays, Event Outings and Merchandise deals.
Absolutely! Purchase and combine multiple vouchers for a four player booking.
Please check the offer terms to see how many players your deal is valid for.
If it’s a 2 player deal, it’s not a good idea to use as a single since your paying for two rounds that must be used at the same time.
Upon purchase, you will receive a voucher. You will have the option to print the voucher or present the mobile voucher on your phone.
Reserve your tee time by phone. Present either the printed voucher or the mobile version of the voucher to the Pro-Shop at the time of play. That’s it!
You can use our voucher check tool to see if your voucher has been used. Access this feature by logging into your account. If you are still unsure if a voucher has been used, you can call the golf course and they can tell you if the voucher code has been used or not (in most cases).
Please note that your account does not automatically track which vouchers have been used. You can click “Mark As Redeemed” on any voucher code to track your vouchers. Using this feature is for your use only (it does not void your voucher or notify the golf course the voucher has been used).
Most deals are valid 7 days a week. Make sure to check the offer terms for any restrictions or additional fees for play during certain times.
You only have to print the voucher if you do not plan on using your smartphone to show the mobile voucher.
We email a confirmation upon purchase. If you cannot find the email, it’s likely in your junk mail. You can also find your order in your account information, accessible by logging into your account.
Some courses charge much more during peak times. Instead of raising the package price to accommodate these higher priced times, we simply require an additional fee at the time of play. Even with the additional fee considered, our packages are designed to provide the best rate possible.
Yes! All offers are fully transferable as gifts. (as long as it’s not re-sold, which is not permitted)
Golf Moose offers two gift options:
Option 1: To gift any of our golf course offers, simply view an offer and select the “gift it” button. Gift options will appear during checkout. You can choose to print and give the voucher or have the voucher emailed to the recipient.

Our promotions expire since they are scheduled for a limited period of time at a steeply discounted rate. The amount you paid for the voucher may be redeemed at the course after expiration for course credit. Please check the offer for the expiration terms as it may vary for each deal.
We have ambitious plans to add many more markets. Make sure to register your email up to receive updates.
Golf packages are typically available for 4 – 16 weeks or until available inventory is sold out. Packages can sell out quickly, so act fast!
We allow a minimum of 14 business days for refunds, provided you have not used the voucher already. Please check the terms of each offer as we may offer a longer refund period for some offers.
