For how long does each offer sell?
Golf packages are typically available for 4 - 16 weeks or until available inventory is sold out. Packages can sell out quickly, so act fast!
Can I return my purchase/voucher?
We allow a minimum of 14 business days for refunds, provided you have not used the voucher already. Please check the terms of each offer as we may offer a longer refund period for some offers. To request a refund, contact us by email or phone and provide your email address, order number, and voucher code.
What is the Pro Shop?
Our Pro-Shop offers steeply discounted deals on golf apparel, accessories, equipment, and more. Our team seeks products and deals you just can't pass on - like the top brands and latest trends at up to 80% off.
How often are sales held?
We offer several new Pro-Shop deals per week. Some weeks may be more active than others, depending on our ability to find the best deals!
How long do sales last?
Sales last from 3-14 days, or until sold out.
How is sales tax calculated?
Golf Moose is only required to collect sales tax in the State of California. Each state's tax laws specify which purchases are subject to sales tax.
How long will it take to receive a shipment?
Regular orders ship between 3 to 14 days from the close of the sales event. We ship via FedEx from our fulfillment centers or direct from our partners. our inventory orders are placed following the close of the specific sales event. Shipping times vary from sale to sale. Check the product information page when you place your order.
Can products be shipped internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States, including APO and U.S. Post Office boxes.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. Your default shipping address can be modified from your Golf Moose account page.
Is my package insured?
Yes. Merchandise in-transit from Golf Moose to the delivery address is insured against theft and accidental damage, at no cost to you.
How are the shipping rates calculated?
We ship most orders standard FedEx ground at a flat fee (that will change with each sale). You can also choose from upgraded 2-day and Overnight options, which are also priced very competitively. The selected shipping method will be from the day the order ships. Please note, as stated above, that each sale has a unique Estimated Order Shipment date which will be communicated on each product description page. Some larger weight items may include a shipping surcharge, which will also be stated in the product details.
Can I return a product that I purchased?
Due to the exclusive offers and incredible deals with the best pricing anywhere, nearly all sales are final. We will clearly indicate on the offer if a specific sale has a different policy.
If my item is damaged, what should I do?
Contact us with your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and tell us about the damage/defect. We always try to resolve the situation quickly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order if you wish to cancel your purchase.
Why is my email address not recognized when I try to login?
If you have signed up for our email list and have not yet made a purchase, it is likely you have not created an account yet. If your email address is not recognized, simply register instead of logging in.

Why is there a $1 service fee?
Golf Moose charges a $1 service fee for each item purchased through Golf Moose. This service fee helps us offset credit card and transaction costs that we absorb for every purchase made.
