Cherry Island golf club is a well designed and extremely fun layout designed by the famed golf course architect, Robert Muir Graves.  Sitting just north of the city of Sacramento in Elverta, CA, Cherry Island offers a premium facility with 18 holes of great manicured golf.  With water hazards and strategically placed bunkers, golfers of all skill levels will find a challenge and a great time.  Cherry Island also offers a fantastic practice facility with a large driving range and two different practice putting greens.

With creeks and ponds coming into play on 15 of 18 holes, Mother Nature makes Cherry Island Golf Course a true challenge to even the most experienced golfer. Playing 6,362 yards from the blue tees with a course rating of 71.6/123, this 18-hole, par-72 championship layout is recognized for its consistent hazard locations. Subtle renovations to the course layout were made this year, and even the most familiar visitors will find themselves falling in love with the customary rolling fairways, well-kept greens and aged forests that shape the course, making the experience one to truly remember.
