How it works:

1. Upon purchase, you will receive a voucher.
2. You have the option to print the voucher or present the mobile voucher on your phone.
3. Reserve your tee time by calling the course
4. Present the voucher to the Pro-Shop at the time of play.

• This is a special opportunity to play Crestview Country Club!
• One round of golf for 2 players (18 holes each)
• Valid AFTER 10am Tuesday – Friday
• Valid AFTER 11am on Saturday and Sunday
• Shared Cart rental is included
• Course is closed on Mondays, Vouchers are not valid to be used on any Monday
• Tee times can be made up to 5 days in advance
• Dress Code Strictly enforced, collared shirts tucked in required, no blue denim, cut offs or tank tops
• Must have voucher at time of check in
• Rain checks or course credit will not be issued for incomplete rounds
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, or sale
• Not valid with tournament, league or group play of 9 players or more
• Must be redeemed in one visit
• Subject to availability – Private Member Club
• Fully Transferable

• Once purchased, call course to book tee times and present voucher at check-in
• Unredeemed vouchers may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase
• $159 paid value does not expire Golf Moose (not the golf course) will honor the paid value after expiration. Customers must contact Golf Moose for paid value credit after promotional expiration
