• Includes one round of golf for 1 player (18 holes)
• Valid for entry into Shotgun Start on October 6, 2025 at 11:30AM

• Players must request pairings by visiting golfmoose.com/pairings or calling Golf Moose at 877.825.6676 before September 22, 2025
• Players will be randomly paired if pairing is not requested
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, or sale
• Must be redeemed in one visit
• Fully Transferable (the purchaser may give this voucher to a different person for use)
• Refunds for bad weather will not be issued unless the golf course agrees to cancel. Please note that host golf courses will usually only agree to cancel if the course is deemed unplayable before the start of the round.
• Refunds or credit will not be allowed after September 22nd. Refunds are not possible once our player list has been submitted to the golf course 2 weeks prior to the event date.

This is a “Member for a Day” event at Sequoyah Country Club on October 6, 2025 at 11:30am. Enjoy exclusive access to this top rated and historic country club located in Oakland, CA. Arrive up to 2 hours prior to the 11:30am shotgun for check in. Entry includes golf and cart rental, Food and Beverage will be available for purchase at the course. This is a casual outing (no handicap is required).
